Michael is a financial consultant with over a decade of experience in forensic accounting, business valuation, and litigation support. He focuses on disputes involving business valuations, intellectual property, and economic damages, applying methodologies such as lost profits, reasonable royalties, and diminished value.
Mr. Alexander served as a principal at AEA, where he advised on complex litigation, including Superfund mega-sites, insurance claims, and intellectual property disputes. He has testified as an expert in depositions and led teams evaluating thousands of lost profit claims in class-action settlements.
His expertise extends beyond damages analysis to supporting attorneys with discovery, pleadings, deposition preparation, document review, and demonstrative exhibits. Mr. Alexander has worked extensively with clients in regulated industries, including banking, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate, manufacturing, and energy. In 2019, he was recognized by NACVA as one of the "Forty Under 40" in the financial consulting industry.
