Her work spans the entire Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) cycle, including the use of artificial intelligence tools for predictive data analysis, the implementation of security protocols within review platforms, and the delivery of critical outputs to stakeholders.
She has managed multiple concurrent eDiscovery engagements with varying timeframes and data complexities. Her project portfolio includes government inquiries, regulatory investigations, managed services, and complex litigation. Jade's experience also extends to case management, where she ensures the integrity and efficiency of discovery processes through advanced technological solutions.
Jade serves as a Director within the EMEA Digital Investigations and Discovery Team at J.S. Held, based in the London office. Her team leverages technology to help organizations mitigate the risks associated with misconduct and economic crime. This includes reactive services in response to crises and proactive strategies for risk management. The Digital Investigations and Discovery team offers a broad range of services, including eDiscovery, digital forensics, investigative data analytics, data privacy and governance, and cyber risk and investigations.
Jade received a Master of Science in Computer Science with Cyber Security and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Mathematics and Financial Economics from the University of York.
