Erin Fallon joined J.S. Held in September of 2017 as a part of the Donohue Consulting acquisition. She is based out of our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office and is a Managing Director in our Construction Advisory practice.

Erin's role includes evaluating construction schedule delay claims, labor productivity claims, and related construction cost damages, as well as assessing project management standard of care issues and project control and reporting practices. Whether she is working with a construction attorney, contractor, or owner, Erin is consistently recognized for delivering first-class customer service while helping clients resolve the matter at hand.

Erin is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. While in school, Erin participated in a cooperative education program with Bayer, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, where she had the opportunity to work with the engineering department, designing new chemical plants and diagnosing equipment-related issues in existing plants that required facility upgrades.
Une fois son diplôme en main, Erin a intégré un marché du travail avec une faible demande en ingénieurs, ce qui l'a conduite à accepter un poste dans une petite société de conseil en construction spécialisée dans les réclamations liées au calendrier de construction et dans l'analyse des coûts de construction. C'est durant l'automne 2015 qu'Erin a pris un nouveau tournant dans sa carrière, en rejoignant alors le cabinet de conseil en construction de Donohue Consulting. Erin had known Sean Donohue, the owner of Donohue Consulting, for several years, and the two had become friends after running into each other at trade shows and conferences. While working with Sean, Erin became a fixture in the greater New York metropolitan area, handling many of the largest developments taking place in and around the city.
Just over two years later, Erin joined J.S. Held as a part of the Donohue Consulting acquisition, a change she describes as “invigorating and rich with opportunity.”

She has worked on a variety of property and infrastructure construction projects, including several roadways, power generating stations, including solar power plants, public schools, private developments, and industrial facilities. Erin strives to become one percent better every day, whether that means adding efficiency, learning something new, or refining her skill set. To her, success is a measure of growth and gained understanding that results in living life smarter and better tomorrow than today.
Away from work, Erin enjoys entertaining friends and family, staying active with a regular fitness regime, and traveling the world with her daughter, Olivia. During the winter months, she loves spending time in the mountains and skiing with her husband, Brian, and son, Owen.
