Specializing in dispute resolution related to delay and disruption, he has contributed to some of the industry's most significant disputes ($100MM+). As a project manager on major infrastructure projects, Ljubomir has successfully led day-to-day operations and navigated unforeseen challenges, gaining a deep understanding of the complexities faced by large-scale projects.
Ljubomir has been appointed as the delay expert and contributed to expert witness testimonies on the subject of delay and disruption for a range of adjudications, including a large residential tower, hotel redevelopment projects, and commercial properties.
Ljubomir has also contributed to expert testimonies for various delay and disruption-related arbitrations, including petrochemical processing plants located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Oman, a major station metro system and a broadcasting transformation project in the state of Qatar, and highway projects in Eastern Europe and South Africa.
Ljubomir is fluent in English, Macedonian, and Serbo-Croatian and possesses a strong academic background as a complement to his extensive professional experience. He achieved certification in Forensic Delay Analysis in Construction and received a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) with Honours from the University of Edinburgh. He is pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King's College London.
